Another EMH question...

Morning peeps

I was looking over my plans again last night and trying to work some stuff out. Say on a EMH night at AK when it is normally open until 7 - I'm reading it as it will then be open until 10. In which case, can I go and get into the park anytime after the normal 7pm time?? Just working out my options!!
