Another Dress Code Question

Me and DH are going on first ever adult only trip next week. We have Narcosses, Flying Fish, and Yachtmans on our ADR list. I'm wondering if it will be OK if I wear my Ked's tennis shoes to those restaurants. I know it's a fashion disaster but we are going to the parks before and after our ADR and want to be comfortable. I will be wearing them with some khaki capri's and a nice blouse - fashion disaster - yes, but do you think it would be OK dress codewise?

Thank you! I just never know. I am not a open toed sandal type person so i never know what I can wear at those restaurants. All I know is I want to be comfortable. i'm sure I will get stares but at least I won't have sore feet at the end of the night.

Tennis shoes are fine and are not against the "dress code" of any of those restaurants.

I agree it's fine! But as a side note, are these the shoes your kids will be wearing all day? Because it's really best if you let them air out overnight, not just from perspiration but from the water kids inevitably walk through. We find that sneakers for day, crocs for night is a good combo. We walk considerably less at night, but the crocs are still very comfortable, and the sneakers are aired and dried for the next day.
