Another Doc Question

TA gave us 4 Bahamaian Immigration Arrival forms to fill out. She said to fill out one for everyone. Do the grandchildren, ages 6 & 8 sign their own or do I sign for them? Thanks.

I signed for my kids (they were 3&5) last year so I'd sign for them!
