Another DME Question...sorry

Hi, I know this question has been asked and answered but we are leaving for WDW in a couple of days and I am feeling frazzled with packing etc. and when I searched the forums for an answered my eyes started spinning.

We are coming in late at night and will be staying at the MCO Hyatt the night before we take MDE to WDW. I have booked MDE when I reserved our stay but I never called with my flight arrival time to schedule an MDE time. Do I need to do this or can we just show up.

I'm pretty sure they need to know you are coming. Maybe 24 hour notice?

Flight information (or time of arrival information) helps Magical Express plan how many buses they need at what times.

But if DME forgets to gather flight times for a few reservations it doesn't hurt badly.

Also they don't expect you to be punctual for DME trips from the airport to Disney. If you stop at the airport food court, no problem.

This does average out, some people show up early, some people show up late relative to their expected arrival at the DME welcoming area.
