Another Disney worker in trouble again...

You're falling asleep as some one is trying to touch you??? Wouldn't an addrenaline rush kick in and wake you up?

It's a bit odd that he would offer up his discount to some one like that. But on the other hand, I met a family on the monorail once and got them into the parks for two days because their hotel stay was longer than their passes (they were using previous MYW tickets). But as long as he wasn't asking for compensation on the discount (like give me 50 bucks and I'll get your family in free), there really is no set rules on who you're allowed to use it on.

This just seems very odd. If I woke up to someone trying to pull my pants down, I'd do more than just ask him to leave. I sure as heck wouldn't fall asleep again! Also, if someone had raped you, would you go to a theme park with them the next day? I love WDW, but not that much! :confused3

I agree seems very fishy...you mean after the first time he tried to assualt her while sleep she didn't grab her kids and get the heck out of there!

"She closed her eyes and must have fallen asleep because she felt BJ trying to pull her pants down," the arrest report stated.
The woman told Brookins to leave but he declined and she fell asleep. Again, Brookins tried to disrobe her but stopped when she awoke, the report said. A short while later, she felt Brookins sexually assaulting her, the report stated.
Brookins finally left after throwing something in the room and saying, "See you tomorrow!" The woman said she discovered he took $40, her debit card and the key to the family's room, the report stated."

And then when he finally leaves after the second time she still doesn't call the police? And then after that she still allows him to get her into Epcot for free and then calls and reports him to the police?

Yeah Fishy!!!

Something's very fishy here... I'll join the ranks who say that if I woke up to someone undressing me, I'd detonate.

Okay that whole story is wrong. I am not saying the guy was not up to no good. Who expects a free vacation from a stranger they met on the phone? Moreover, who gets in a car and spends any part of a second day with their rapist? Why wouldn't she have called the police from her room after the assault, she had a cell phone--she turned over her texts. Somehow I don't think the article has all the facts.

It will be interesting to see if other women come forward. Sounds more likely to me these two had a "deal" and she changed her mind. Isn't reservations in Tampa? That would be a long drive, without an "understanding".

There's two reservation centers, the larger of the two is in Tampa, but there is a smaller one in Orlando.

It says the guy was in trouble in Maryland where he lived previously. The only way though that I can make sense of the story is if he drugged her but then why would she go to Epcot with him the next day? It's nuts but then the newspaper might not have the whole story. I can't imagine the police would arrest the guy without more than her goofball story.
