Another Disney Reward Question...

I've used the rewards card on many trips to buy food & souvenirs with no problem... I have never used it to pay off a trip, do you need to actually order the card with the reward dollars on it 1st and then use it like a debit card? or can they transfer the reward dollars directly when I call to make final payment? TIA

You need to transfer the points to a rewards card first. Disney cant access your credit card account and take them directly from it.
