Another dining plan question....

I KNOW there has to be a list somewhere, but I just can't find it! Can someone give me a link to the list of restaurants that are 2 credits please? Also, a list of which restaurants are concidered the "Signature Dining" restaurants too!

Not all "signature dining" as defined by Disney's dining site accepts the plan. For example, Bistro de Paris is listed as signature dining but does not accept any dining plan.
