Another Croc ? Cleos vs Patras, what is the difference

HI,

There is no store around here carrying these styles.

Can anyone tell me what the difference is, is one wider than the other etc?

Looks to me like it's just different colour combinations. Also, the Patra has 2 colours on the bands, and "crocs" is written in a different colour than the band itself.

Thanks, I just went looked a that. Is that the only difference? I think I like the pivot, but I love that white sea foam combo on the Patra that the cleo doesn't offer. Sheesh, I still don't know...

Cleos are made of the regular "Croc" material and the new Patra's are the regular bottom "Croc" material, but the straps are mesh or microfiber. I read it somewhere, either on the Croc website or surf and dirt (I've ordered some from there & they're great).

If anybody has the Patra's, are they as comfortable as the Cleo's?

Thank you, do the Cleo's fit true to size, if you are an 8 do you really order an 8, KWIM?


Though after reading what you say about the Patra and I leaning towards those. I really live the sea foam green combo.

As far as true to size, I guess so. I usually wear an 8-1/2 and the one's I wanted weren't in stock, so I ordered a 9. They are comfortable, but a slight bit long at the toe area. I would like to try the 8's on, just to see, but I think they're fine. My heel is at the right place & they ARE very comfortable. I've been wearing them around the house and to work the past week to get them "broken in" just in case they need to be before walking miles in them. I plan on wearing them to WDW and taking my cayman's as a spare pair--I'm not packing any tennies for my 2 weeks in Florida. I prefer to live in sandals (Cleos and Caymans and whatever other Crocs I find that I can't live without while I'm there).
