The system to upload negative test keeps shutting down and deleting our accounts.

Does anyone know if we can just take our documents to the port and they clear us there? This has been a nightmare for our friends who have never sailed and we still have to do ours. They are in England and we are in US heading to Dover cruise. TOO much stress, takes the Magic away.

I believe in the US, yes you can take copies to the port and they will accept the hard copies. I assume the Project Screen/Prenetics is similar but I haven't followed those reports. There is a thread pinned above about Project Screen.

Email prenetics customer service!!!! I have emailed them so many times for little things I wasn’t sure of and I have to really give kudos to them on how fast they get back . So it’s almost 6 PM local time so they might not answer today but they’ve been really great and getting back

One tip when you upload the test results there’s a green button that’s a little bit confusing because it says actually upload recovery letter and results so a lot of people miss that but their app is actually really easy compared to the US one IMO
