Another character question....

How many autographs can we expect to get? How many characters are there signing autographs? We have reservations for Chef Mickey's, O'hana's character breakfast, Castle for dinner. So we won't have trouble getting those, right? Are there some that are rare or hard to get?

You already have about 15 on your list w/ your meals. You will also run into alot through out the day especially when the parks open there are lots of charcters at he fronts of the parks. Don't forget Toontown and the Judges Tent where you will find Mickey and several other characters who are subject to change just check the sign and you will see who is there. MGM in front of Mickey's Sorcerer's Hat is always characters in the morning before the parades after the parades. You also may not fill up a whole autograph book in one trip which for us is fun we like the to use the first blank page and write the dates where we stayed and then everyone autographs that page. There is a diser who has a pic of an autograph book in their sig and it tells you about all of the characters and where and when you can find them if you want some rare characters.

We ran into characters everywhere during our last trip and DD was so afraid of them we didn't even bother to get their autographs (if there were lines). She got about 20 (princesses, and a few others) that she could handle. I got my picture and autograph with the Queen from Snow White, which I thought was pretty cool. Have a great trip!

We usually get around 50 per trip. We stop almost everytime we see a character.

I can't even count -- DS and DD filled their books within the first 3 days and we had to get another. I really think the character meals helped fill them out pretty fast.

I compared the autographs to last trip's when we got home -- it was neat to see that we pretty much saw an entire different crowd of characters (except for Micky, Minnie, Goofy, Donald & Daisy).
