Sorry...just noticed. Starting my christmas baking this weekend. I've some fruit soaking and will make a cake tomorrow. I'm hoping to find some cheap apricots and make some jam.
Still spring....we've had great weather for the last 2 days and it got into the 90's yesterday. There was a late thunderstorm and this weekend is all wet!
