another Bounceback question

I booked the bounceback the last day of my stay @ POFQ a few weeks ago. I booked the trip for my DH and I only. I told the CM @ the time that my DH may not be able to go...could I substitute my girlfriend if he can't go. She said no, because he is the "primary" on the reservation. Can I change the reservation so that I am the primary? Why does it matter who the other person is...so long as one of us that was there when booking the bounceback will be going? The $$ and everything related to the package remains the same.What if DH can't go and girlfriend coudn't go. Can I still go by myself? I feel like maybe the change I asked for( making me the primary) could have been done, but now if I want to change it. I may incurr a change fee. I don't understand.

I would love the name of the CM if you remember it, you can PM if youd like. They should have put YOU as the primary to start since you told them your DH may not be able to go. Just call back and explain the situation and the new CM will have to get guest services to change it, not a big deal.
