Does anyone know if the men's rooms also have diaper changing stations? DS (just turned 2) is still in diapers and DH actually does change him outside of the house as long as there are changing areas in the men's rooms.

TIA!

Yes, At least I know there are in some of them since my husband commented on that when we were there a couple years ago.

After complaining for days about always being the one to change diapers on our last trip, my husband finally decided to let me in on his secret: There just happens to be diaper changing stations in many of the restrooms. He just kept that fact all to himself for as long as he could.

I even called ahead of time, and most men's rooms at WDW do. The companion bathrooms largely did not, however. I checked 4 I think and none had changing stations.

Some of the Companion Restrooms have changing tables, some don't. As you found, many don't.
They are set up for use by people with disabilities, with grab bars and raised seat toilets.

Yep, at least most do. DH did the WDW diaper changing when our youngest ds was still in diapers.
