Another banking and borrowing question..

I just thought of this after I called my guide. We want to bank our 2013 pts into 2014 so we can travel the end of Oct of that year, and we might have to borrow from 2015,and if we do that and let's say we would like a short stay at the BCV in 2015 can we transfer points from another member?

Yes, your acts of banking and borrowing will not prevent a transfer from another as long as the person who is transferring to you transfers current use year points.
