1) Can you get the AP's for less than $379 Adult & $322 Child?
2) Can you purchase AP's at the resort when you check-in?
3) I have made my reservation using the AP code "EWP", do I need to purchase the AP's in advance to get this rate?
4) Any other insights to AP's?

I am not an AP expert but I have researched some things for our trip later this year:
I think your prices for the AP's are incorrect. Either that is w/o tax or it is an old price. I believe the going AP rate for an adult is about $404 (not sure if that includes tax, probably did). That is what I am looking at spending for each adult. Child price will be higher too. There are not discounts given on AP tickets.
You can get an AP voucher at the Disney Store then present it at check in for your discount rate. Then activate it when you go to the park. If you only purchase one AP at the DS, then get the others at the resort.
That's about all I have. You can go to the Budget Board to see if anyone has any input. I have never used AP's before and we usually go to Ft Wilderness, but if we can't get a discount there, then we will have to find a resort for 5 people.

1) There are no general AP discounts. The only discounted ones are military (at Shades of Green) and Florida resident.

2) No. If you wait to buy them once you get down there, you have to purchase them at Guest Services. It has been reported that the Disney store at MCO sells them also.

3) You may be asked to present your AP at check-in.

LMC your right, my price was without tax. My best quote is $404 Adult & $343 Child.

Can you buy the AP's at the Disney store for this cost or just online?

They are going to be the same price no matter where you get them. If you purchase them at a Disney store (not MCO) or online, you will receive vouchers which still need to be activated once you get to Guest Services (not your resort). I believe if you purchase them online you will need to pay a small shipping fee ($3.00?).

To me the advantage to purchasing them at the DS is that they are only vouchers and the 12 month mark doesn't start until you activate them at the parks. So you can purchase one at a time if you want to as to avoid charging on a credit card.:)
