Another annual pass question

So I purchased AP for two of us and have linked then to MDE. The question I have is, do I need the confirmation code when I go to guest relations or can I show them I have linked the passes? I think I may have inadvertently discarded the code or most likely lost it. Thanks to all for your help.

I had them send me the vouchers and I have them to the guest relations to get the actual passes. You probably will need some sort of proof just call I am sure they can send you a new confirm.

I did not need the confirmation number the last time I purchased DVC APs online. Everything went very well at Guest Relations when we went to activate the passes. And then no issues at all using the APs over three separate trips.

That said, I just purchased 2 new APs online and received an error message just before the last screen. So I did not get a confirmation number and I did not get an email confirmation either. However, the passes are showing up in MDE correctly linked and my credit card shows a pending charge for the correct amount. I am able to make FP+ reservations - I did a test. :)

I still want the confirmation nmuber for my own peace of mind. If the email doesn't show up by tomorrow morning, I will call MS and see if they can help me get the confirmation number. Even though I'm quite sure I really won't need it, I STILL WANT IT, in case there is a problem at will-call. Have no interest in spending a lot of time waiting for someone to resolve a problem (even though I really do not think there will be a problem). Hoping I am making myself nuts over nothing. We'll see. :teeth:

Just called MS and they said all I need is my CC and ID, I guess that makes me feel a little better, most likely get a different answer if I call again and ask the same question. Still kind of unsure if I need the confirmation number and like CarolMN, I would have a better piece of mind if I had it. Thanks for all your input.

I don't trust any online system. We keep copies of everything just in case. What happens when Disney gets hacked or they have software/hardware issues and your DVC and MDE account disappears?

I renewed our passes online last year and did not need to show any code. Only ID and DVC card. I just renewed them again a couple of weeks ago - this time I had to call because the renewal pricing was not showing up onlne. I did get a confirmation number. I used our DVA account to pay for the passes. So, I am bringing the code and my DVA account number to just incase. I too, don't want to worry about any mix ups when picking up our AP's.
