My Mom gave me her Aeroplan miles, so we planned a trip from North Bay to Eugene Oregon. Made the reservations, held them with charge cards, etc. Then I found out AC was going to charge my daughter $900 for oxygen!!!!!!!. $900!!!!!.
This is above and beyond the $906.33 for her ticket. I just about fell off my chair.
Yes, it's my fault for not asking, but we fly AC many many times, and it has always been only $300. I am appalled!
We are not allowed to take our own oxygen on board. AC would rather have the $900. Anyway, so much for this rant. We just can't afford this free trip.
