I guess we had to get back to "trip reporting" at some point. Oh well.

I suppose you already know this but at the World of Disney in DtD you can purchase Mickey Crocs where the holes are shaped like little Mickey heads instead of circles. Lin has a pair. She only wears them on special occasions.

That bag is great. You even got your "handle" on there!

myrsfmly: We actually got to swim a little on Monday afternoon, and today it was hot and sticky, but no rain! (Exit 98)

Marion: Yes, he's a classic alright! And the Cayman style is great; except for the fact that I had to order a size up.

Tiggerbell: I, too, have been a victim of Bag Envy! Its not pretty.

DisMomAmy: Tie a brightly-colored bandana around the handle of your stroller so it won't be taken by someone else. Just make sure you don't use red or navy blue!

SwansLoveDisney: I don't think I've ever worn anything that was lime green before! (Okay, maybe in the 80's, but that doesn't count!)

MDF: I did see the Crocs with the Mickey portholes, Mr. Smarty-stretchypants, but you can't put jibbitz in those!! I need to accessor-ize! (Dancing banana added purely for your enjoyment.)

Thank you! I am on a very restricted diet now so have been doing very well. I eliminated: Bread, pasta, rice and potatoes. Eek, I know. But I've been feeling a ton better. It was hard to get used to at first, but I got so sick of feeling bad all the time I had to do something drastic. I hope I can continue the diet in WDW.

Kathy, you can put Jibbitz in Mickey-head Crocs! We have a store in our town that sells the Mickey Crocs (all sorts of Crocs actually) and I got a pair of gray ones with a pinkish/salmon strap. I got a Donald and a Daisy to start with for Jibbitz. Daisy matches my Crocs which is why I picked her, and if you pick Daisy, you gotta go with that rascal Donald.

Oddly enough, my Mickey Crocs match my EPCOT Food & Wine Festival t-shirt I got last fall (which just happens to be my fav. t-shirt!). I also have a pair of gold Crocs that are getting pretty beaten up. I got these Mickey ones to replace them, but I can't bear to get them dirty yet. They're too pretty!

I love your lime green ones!! That is a GREAT color!! How fun!!

Since we're talking Crocs, I do have something else to say and of course, it's about MDF. Last year when I got my first pair (my gold ones), DD had to have a pair too and of all the colors, she chose light blue. We loved them and were so happy with them we wanted to take them to WDW. Buzz nixed that idea in a heartbeat. "Those things are so ugly-you ain't wearing them in WDW." He was emphatic. So sadly, I left them home.

This summer I got Trey a pair. He's very hard on shoes and went through 3 pairs of sandals last year. He got a pair of navy blue Crocs and so far, they're holding up well. I am hoping he will be the poster child for Crocs. "They hold up so well, even Moan Boy can't destroy them..." Anyway, Buzz finally grudgingly asked me to pick him up a pair, but was very specific about wanting black only. Nothing but black. So I got him black (Tempting, I know... pink ones would've looked so good on his feet) and the kids and I picked out some cool Jibbitz for Father's Day. He put them on and now he's hooked. He loves them.

He actually said to me, "We'll all take our Crocs to WDW this year. I can't believe you didn't take yours last year." and

So I guess this year, since he has a pair, we'll all be taking ours. I told him they'd be great for walking to the pool.

mrsksomeday: I knew you would enjoy their reports; reading a MDF report is like watching a favorite sitcom!

Linnie: I think you will have no problem at all, especially with the TS restaurants! Aunt Rae can't eat wheat/gluten products and the chef from each restaurant came to the table before every meal to discuss her options. They also happily made "special" items so she could stay on her diet. Call Disney Dining and have a notation made about your diet on all your ADR's and you will be all set.

I can't wait to hear more of your pre trip expertise. I am finally calming down about our plans, and that scares me .

Oh, Ed chuckles at my lime greenies, all right! But he wouldn't be caught dead with Crocs on his feet! Even plain black ones! He thinks men that wear them are a bit "light in the loafers" (literally). ::cop: Well, he used a different term, but you get the idea! Sorry, Buzz! Sorry, Prince Grumpy! Who loves 'ya, baby?!

He's sticking to his running shoes. And he really thinks that I should do the same; but, they're my feet!

In all honesty, I plan to bring the running shoes with me (just in case.)

When I get a chance, I'll post pix of my new Jibbitz!
