I hope I don't get kicked off the DIS for saying this, but I am not loving my Crocs!

I've been walking my dogs in the Crocs and I have noticed that some moleskin will definitely be in order when I'm wearing them all day. Also, I have a bit of plantar fasciitis and it acts up a little bit when I wear the Crocs.

So don't be too disappointed, Kathy, in your Crocs not fitting!

Okay, my decision is made. I will put vanity aside and exchange the lime-green Cayman’s for the next size up. Sigh. Oh, well, hopefully I’ll be able to wear the symbol of my DIS-pride soon.

I buy our Crocs from the local Hallmark store of all places. They even have the coolest jibbitz, but I'm holding out for Halloween ones!

You will LOVE the crocs when you get the right size. Once you go Croc you never go back!

Ever since the toe trauma, I’ve been wearing my Crocs faithfully… even with slacks! My four jibbitz are a little “geeky” but what the heck, I’m secure in my manhood.

Good news though, the toe is beginning to heal. I’ve been pouring peroxide on it nightly and changing my dressing. With any luck, it won’t have to be amputated.

I took pictures of it but Linnie didn’t post the ones without the bandage. All I’ve got is a shot after I’ve done my daily cleaning.

Sorry Kathy, but I'm excited. Yesterday I made ALL my Priority Seating arrangements for our upcoming trip in October. I'm in full Vacation Mode now and completely worthless at work.

Next I'm going to post a picture of a mosquito bite on my leg that looks a lot like Hilary Clinton.

I've held out on commenting on the whole toe thing. And I have absoultely no problems of pics of feet (as can be seen on my pre-trippie with cute baby toes.) But common on. Ewwww!!!! If only there was blood seeping through the Band-Aid. That seriously would have made my morning.

This will now be haunting me. If only it had been just a threat...
