another adr time question

if the restaurant closes at 1030 for breakfast (I am thinking in terms of Donald's Safari Breakfast at Tusker House Breakfast 8:00-10:30am)

Does that mean I can get an ADR as late as 1030, or we must be done eating by 1030?

I am thinking it would be nice to go, get on the safari at rope drop (which we missed this ride last time), whatever else, then go for breakfast.

The restaurant doesn't close and you don't have to be done eating at 10:30, but that is last seating time. You can get 10:20-10:25 etc. reservations for the Tuskerhouse.
