Another ADR? - 180 days out + 10 but with a twist

So we are arrving Oct 18 and staying on property for 10 days. We have two reservation numbers, our first day we are paying rack rate for our room and have a room only reservation, the second reservation has our tickets, dining plan and room with the 40% off room code.

Can I call on April 21st to book all 10 days or on the 21st will they only allow me to make my reservations for the 18th (which I think will be none) and call back on the 22nd to make the remaining 9 days?

Not really the reason for my post, but here is where we are currently thinking of eating at, feel free to provide inputs.

Dinner:
1900 Park Fare
Biegarten
Kona
Tutt0 Italia
50's Prime Time (maybe OOP)
Spoodles
Captain Jacks or Coral Reef (Can't decide between the two. Would like to eat at CR, but we all ready have 3 meals at Epcot and the lobster tails are calling me.)
Le Cellier

I'd also like to do breakfast at Kona's and Crystal Palace.

I think you'll be able to make all 10 days at once. They do not ask for all your travel information, I use my phone number to book ADR's instead of my room ressie number anyway. They just ask where you are staying and what date you check in. Call and book them all and have a great trip.
