So, if I have a "plus admission" left on my old park hoppers from 2004, I can still use them to get into TL or BB next year? I wouldn't have to add the Plus Admission feature at $45 per new Magic Your Way ticket, right?

Your unused PHP plus options will continue to good whenever you wish to use them. They will not expire nor will they cost you any more money to use them.

Yes, and if you want tickets buy them now before 12/31 under the old plan. Especially use the early discount you can get on the internet.
