Another 7 month question

Would like to confirm that the 7 month window for a stay beginning October 13, 2012 is March 13, 2012. I just got off the phone with member services and "Calvin" was trying to tell me it depended on how many days were in the month?? I haven't heard that before. Can someone confirm?

It doesn't matter how many days are in the month. You are correct that your 7-month call in date is 3/13/2012.

I think he's getting confused with dining reservations.

The number of days in a month makes a difference with the booking date for points in holding (60 days) and in cancelling reservations (31 days) but not with the 7 month booking.

I hope Calvin isn't pulling his calculator out for every 7 month booking!

Actually when reserving a start time that begins at the end of a month it does depend on number of days in the month. For example, if you want to reserve at 7 months out a trip beginning Sep 30, you can make the reservation March 1 but not at the end of the month of Feb because it has only 28 (or 29) days.
