Another 40% question..sorry

We have already booked for Sept. full rack rate (hoping for free dining), if it doesn't happen, can I call to see if the 40% pin is attached to our name and get that discount?

The current 40% pin has to be booked by something like March 15th which is well before you would hear about the free dining. If you are happy with the 40% deal you should book that and change to free dining instead if that comes out.
