Another 3-1-1 question

This is the first time I will be flying since the 3-1-1 started. I think I have it down, but tonight i noticed on the Delta website, and here on the board that they are allowing items that are 3.4 ounces in the 1 quart bag. I went to the TSA site and they still say 3.0. Has anyone flown recently with 3.4 ounce items?? I have 2 items that are 3.4 and was going to pack them in my checked luggage. But if i do not have to it would be great!

it's 100 ml or 3.4 oz. Since the US (along with Myanmar and Liberia) is one of only 3 countries which have not switched to the metric system, the TSA is using the 100 ml which is commonplace throughout the rest of the world
