I'm so upset over this annual passholder tour. I'm going to at WDW in Dec with my parents and my wife. All of us are DVC Members, and annual passholder. We go at least twice a year (this year 4 times!!). We've always had great experiences, and received good service. But this is really bothering me.
Has anybody booked the AI tour? You need to log onto the website to sign up for it, and my parents and wife were able to log in and sign up for a tour, but I was not. The reason is because my annual pass expired in October. I already renewed it, and Disney already took my money...and my new pass is going to expire in October of next year. But they only gave me a confirmation # for the renewal, so until I go to WDW in Dec I cannot log onto the website with my old annual passholder #. Long story short, I'm not allowed to book the AI tour. I have since called and called and called and called various people at WDW and everybody said that I'm out of luck. One person even said I could go do something else while the rest of my family go on the tour...
Wow, I really love how they take care of us super loyal customers!
