Annual Passport

Does Disney do anything special to annual passports (example, like fingerprint, photograph, etc.)? How do they distinguish that you are the passport holder?

I'm not sure lovely would be the word I would use..... mine looks worse than my passport picture and drivers license, combined.

At Disneyland, the AP uses a digital image on the card. At Disney World in Florida, they use a finger reader that measures your joint size on your index and middle finger.
