Does anyone have any experience with the above website?
Do you think that it matters if I am not in France (are these e tickets?)

If you read more recent threads you will see that they will no longer sell those reduced price passes to non residents of France. For a while some people got round that by having them sent to a friend's address in France but they now apparently insist on the purchaser paying with a French credit card.
