Annual passport rate periods?

Does anyone know the times of the year that AP rates are available? I am particularly interested in the November time frame (2003). I realize it is probably early for 2003, but just trying to look into the future.

I got AP rates over Thanskgiving , which was 45% off rack rates in value season I believe. I made the reservation first under AAA so I had the rooms (I needed 4) and converted them to AP when available.
Can't wait to be in the magic next week!
