Annual Passport information

Hello,

Wondering if any of you can help. We will arrive in at DLP on Saturday, April 5th. Our friends will be joining us later in the evening.

We will all buy APs for the visit. I am buying the Dream for me and getting a free one for my 5 year old son as we will be going back in October. My question is abou the Francilien. First, I have no idea what time our friends are arriving on the April 5th. Can we buy their passports for them (they are a family of 4 - two addults, one 4 year old and a 9 month old)? They should be entitled to a free passport for their daughter.

I keep reading you cannot use the Francilien on the second and third day after purchase. Or is it second and third day after activation? We have no intentions on head to the parks until April 8th, which would would fit the time frame perfectly. We are busy on the 6th and 7th in Paris.

So can someone clarify for me that we can pick-up the passes for our friends on the 5th, that we do not have to actually enter the parks on the 5th and we will be entitled to enter the parks on the 8th.

I think its the 2nd and 3rd day after purchase u cannot use them on.

Not 100% sure though.

I understood it to be 2nd and 3rd day after activation, but I haven't bought a Francillien yet. I will be doing so in June.

Don't you need to have photos taken for a Francillien pass? You do for the other annual passes, we had ours taken at the AP office in the park. How will that work if you are intending picking up your friends' passes?

You are not able to buy someone else's AP. They will need to be there in person and then get their photos taken for the permanent AP.

The Francillien AP has to be used on day 1 to activate it. Then both the 2nd and 3rd days are blocked out and it can be used thereafter.
For the extra price you can see why local visitors would buy this AP rather than a day hopper ticket
