Annual passport hotel discount help please

Can anyone with the annual pass please tell me the price of the Disney hotels for Monday sept 28 2015 to Friday 2nd October 2015?
I know it's early but trying to work out costs and
Just trying to work out of it would be worth getting a annual pass for one of us on our trip next year from Australia
Also when would the prices be likely to go up on these? Looking at the $519 one as the block out dates aren't when we are going. A 10 day pass here in aus for Disneyland is about $360 ATM so wondering it would be worth the extra $160 ish for the discounts?
If the dining 10%? Discount off character dining too?
I don't think we would stay at a Disney hotel without the annual discount though.

You would need to call them and ask about those rates. From my experience (and when I booked yesterday) they do not offer the annual pass discounts online. They need you to call them and ask.

AP rates posted online for that time period, as of today:

DGC - $435 - $560
DLH - $365 - $432
PPH - $264 - $323

Those are standard room rates, depending on room type (view or no view, etc). Concierge, suites and premium rates are higher.
