Annual Passholder voucher

I cannot get into the website using my voucher. Maybe I am entering the information incorrectly. Anyone else having this problem? Thanks.

No but most people do have that problem .

It's normally the last digits of the TR # that is like #....####

Start with just the last 2 digits 12345 then try the last 3 and so forth until it lets you in.Try the first card as thats normally linked to the purchaser (not that it matters until you turn them in )but try the others as well.

Also don't click on the Save info box as that causes problems as well.

DW and I got ours tonight, the site came up too busy try later, but we went right back in and the vouchers came up.
