Annual Passholder Renew Rates....

I know that you get 100 off for AP if you are DVC member and 75 off for nenewing a AP but what is the Actual Price of Nenewal.... I am struggling whether to purchase a MYW 10 day with no expiry or AP and then AP renewal........

New AP Price for DVC Member (adult) $314.18 Renewal $298.20. According to the AP renewal notice I just received in the mail.
