LOL, I joined the GroupMe, but is there a way to NOT get a text every time someone joins? Sorry, new to this.

If you have an iPhone, click the number, hit the "i" icon, and temporarily disable notifications until it calms down.

That would be turning off SMS, right? You wouldn't need SMS if you have the app too, I'd think.

Now, I just had another thought...I already have FastPasses selected for my trip in August. Would that affect my ability to make a reservation if I have FPs outside of Hollywood Studios on the day I can get a slot?

It shouldn't. I had FP+ at Epcot during the morning and went to Pandora preview in the afternoon.
