? my dd 12 will be getting a premium pass and her father and I a delux pass. Can we get the 20% with her pass even though I'll be using my creditcard?

and

if i have a disney visa i think i get 10% off $50 or more so would we also get an additional 20% ???

I believe the credit card has to have the same name as the AP. At least that was the case when my MIL was paying but we wanted to use our APs for the discount. So MIL just gave us cash and we payed with that and that worked fine.
