I know that this was posted in another thread, but I wanted to get the specific info out...The 'window' for booking the AP/Best Rate has been changed from 120 days to *60 DAYS*!!! If you're going anytime after October 25th(today is August 25th) and have an AP/AP-voucher, you can now book the Best Rate if you wish.

* - reported by other DIS-ers from phone conversations with CMs, also is updated on the #$@!* bug-prone WDW site (*if* you can log on...ha!), also on MouseSavers

I like everyone else has been waiting for the AP rates but when I called CRO the cast member told me I could book with the best rate program. So I decided to just in case. Any money I can save is great. My dates are Oct 24- 27 for the Pop century. I am so happy I saved $66.00. So now I don't have to worry anymore about codes. I am very happy.

This is so frustrating. We're already booked at the Grand Floridian and I was going to see if anymore rooms were available so I could book through the Best Rate Program and cancel my current reservation. But they're all full and now I just have to wait for AP rates. :guilty:

Thanks for the information! I was so bummed the other day when I tried to book and saw that it had to be 120 days out! I think that 120 days out is very unreasonable! Especially when you are an AP holder and may want to plan a spur of the moment trip! 60 days is much better!!!!!!
