Yes. And at DTD, too. And even the resorts will sell you one, but it will be on the same media as the KTTW instead of the better quality tyvek-like material.

I was told the resorts no longer offer this due to so many mistakes.

Make sure you bring photo ID and your DVC 'blue' cards for everyone getting an AP.

Any Theme Park Ticket Window or Guest Relations (Theme Parks and Downtown Disney).

If purchasing at the DVC Member Price, you will need your membership card plus government issued id with photo for all of those 18 or older showing the same address as on the membership.

We are staying at Boardwalk....can we purchase passes at the back entrance of Epcot by London or does it have to be the main gate?

Yes, you can buy or renew your AP at the ticket window at the International Gatweway ("back door" to Epcot by Beach Club)...in fact, of all the ticket windows I've used (MK, inside Epcot, Downtown Disney), it's been the easiest, quickest and least likely to have a line...

When I was there last month, I could not renew my AP at OKW...had to go to a park ticket window to do it...

Yes, you can purchase annual passes there. We have done so on several occasions. You can also purchase a Tables in Wonderland (TiW) Card there.

Go to the booth on your left - that's the Guest Relations booth. The booth on the right is just a ticket booth. You can get annual passes at either, but only the GR booth sells TiW cards.
