Annual Passes

I haven't been to Universal for quite some time and looking to return. I am confused by the annual pass options. What pass do I need to buy to receive the discounted rate at the hotels? Also, I am not a florida resident and it looks like the passes on-line are for florida residents? How do I figure out pricing on OOS annual passes? Thanks!

You need a preferred pass. If you go to the annual pass page on the UO website, the link to the OOS annual passes in on the right.
