I'm not sure how much they are - but I am sure the disney water parks are not included in annual passes. You would have to buy tickets for that on top.

Cost of AP's here http://allears.net/pl/apass.htm
2 versions basic around £345, Premium £440
Ours expire in August, not renewing this time. Last one we renewed cost about £210(basic) with rate at $2/£1,cost now is not worth it this year for us.
Last August it got us a room at AKL for £81/night around £50/night saving but they did then release rooms at similar price to general public, we were upgraded to Savannah room, maybe without AP we wouldn't have been, don't know.
We didn't find EMH an advantage, parks were busier them evenings than regular, MK they actually ran out of wristbands it was so busy.
Wayne's right about WDW emh's from what i've heard and read, actually makes the parks busier, and if you read most touring guides they say avoid the parks with EMH as the crowds get very large.
We pretty much avoided EMH parks at WDW, only time we didn't was at DHS and we ended up leaving straight after Fantasmic (it was an evening EMH) as it was manically busy, the rest of the day hadn't been too bad. We found DL's magic morning (you get one if you buy a 3+ day ticket) to be very similar, incredibly busy and you have to practically jog from the turnstiles to have a short wait on any of the popular rides.
