We have two trips within 6 months of each other so planning on getting sea world and Disney APs for myself and DD, can we buy them at the parks or do you have to order them in adavnce? Also how to you get the DDE card?

You can an buy an AP at any ticket or guest relations window in the parks or even at the Disney stores in Orlando airport.

You can also get a DDE card at any park guest relations

For sea world you should get one AP and one fun card (if both trips in same calendar year). These can be got from the sea world website - the fun card costs the same as a days entry but is valid all year. The AP gets you free parking and various other discounts.
