annual passes with wishes wedding?

My daughter is getting married in August 2016 at WDW. Since it's a bit more than a year away, nothing has been officially booked but she's penciled in. My question is do wishes weddings get annual passes? We've been told yes by one sales person and no by another. Thanks!

We are having a Wishes Wedding in Feb 2016 and yes we did receive APs in May, not long after we had signed the contracts, so just after a year out. Unless this is something they have changed in the last few months?Congratulations to you all!
