annual passes w/gift?

Hi, I have heard that at times you can recieve a gift certificate or shirt with your purchase of an annual pass at disney store. I was curious if anyone knows typically what time of year this occurs?

That was a special they were running sometime ago. It's long gone.

I recall a special the stores were running just for guests in the Chicago area. But like someone wrote -- that was some time ago and was only for a short time.
