Annual passes linked, but cannot make fastpass reservations

Hello! I just bought two annual passes, I will not be going for another two weeks but I was told if I link them to my account I can still make fastpass reservations.. well I linked my passes and when I go to make fastpasses it says I need a valid ticket first. Help!

are they linked to specific people? I had no problem when I bought my APs and needed to make FP+ before activating them. good luck

Apparently the fastpass system was down earlier today. It works just fine now, and booked my reservations
