Forgive me if this has been asked before, if I purchase annual FL resident passes can I opt for the dining plan?

HOWEVER, if you own DVC or rent DVC points, you can add the Dining plan for stays beginning 4/1/06 at the same rate as for MYW packages ($37.99/adult and $10.99/child 3-9) WITHOUT purchasing tickets. You are required to purchase the dining plan for the entire party for the length of stay.
