I'm planning a trip for early february 2015 and trying to figure out ticket options. We are planning on staying at RPR for 5 nights so I first thought about buying the flex tickets but now I'm thinking maybe to go for annual passes.

My Questions are:

If I buy an annual pass online can I use it to book a hotel room with the ap discount for this trip before I get it activated and how does that work?

Can I buy power passes for the other two and premier/premium for me and still use the discount on the whole bill at restaurants, not just my food?

Should I go for a premier or premium pass for myself?

I have read all the fine print so don't need a link to the universal site explaining the differences. Just need some oppinions. There is also apsolutly no way we will manage a second trip within the activation period so I need the math to make sence for this option.

Thanks!!

This is the site I use to book. AP rates aren't out yet for next year (I think we're only up to September) but you want to check there, using "APH" in the code field, to see if and when they show up.

Don't bother buying the AP until there's an AP rate that makes financial sense; you don't need the AP to book, and there will be time after checkin to show them your AP. Just ask them at checkin when you need to show it to them. So you could even just upgrade to an AP or buy the AP when you get there if you want to.

The only thing you have to activate it for is to park at the themepark; that won't be something you need to do, since you're staying onsite, unless you're going to hit the parks before your checkin date.

The discount on food can be used on the bill.

Get whichever pass that makes sense for you. But again, don't get it until you know you have an AP rate booked that makes sense financially.

If you get the flex tickets for the others, remember that you'll still need admission to the other parks included in the flex tickets. The APs don't cover them.

Thanks, actually seeing the ap hotell rate instead of just guessing is gonna make it easyer to figure out wich way to go
