Hi all.

We are from the UK and are taking our 11th trip to Orlando in March.

As we are visiting twice this year we attempted to purchase Annual Passes online, however, despite receiving an order confirmation the tickets have not come through, the order has not been processed.

Can we buy Annual Tickets at the gate at Universal?

Yes you can. I'm getting mine at the gates, with their pay per month deal, think it's 15.98 per month

When we got our annual passes, we were given a code to use at the machines at check-in. Then you go through the kiosks to the annual pass processing building.
