Annual Pass

My Annual Pass expires in January and I am now in my window to renew. I was on with DVC member services on another matter when I said I wanted to RENEW my pass. The member service told me that they have halted sales of annual passes. I said correct, but I am a current passholder and I just need to renew. She told me that you cannot renew an annual pass either. I told her she was incorrect and asked to speak to a manager which she told me that the supervisor would say the same thing. She then gave me the number to Passholders but the wait was over 60 minutes so I will try tomorrow. I know I am right. They can't tell me I can't renew. I have reservations at SSR for Presidents week and Spring Break and can't make park reservations without the renewal. Frustrated beyond belief.

Can you renew on line? I can’t remember what I did this last go around....Mine was automatically extended and may have renewed during a trip....it’s expiration date was a few days after that trip and I wasn’t yet worried about making lark reservations for my next trip. Call member services again....they should still be open, That is wrong information you were given.

This is wrong and I am sorry you got misinformation. The only thing online you can renew is to the Incredipass. So, it would require a call back.
