Annual pass ?

Hi.
My daughter is going down for the Disney college program this semester. She wants to visit universal a lot. She loves Harry potter.
Can she buy a annual pass? Or does it have to be full time Florida residents only. If she can't get an annual pass. What would be her options. I can only find 3 day passes. Or the 14 day consecutive day pass

On the Universal home page, the ticket pull down menu has "annual pass". On that page, there will be three passes to choose from. Just click on the "buy" link for the pass you wish to get. I live in Kansas and have had a preferred annual pass for years so you don't have to live in Florida.
