Annual Pass Voucher Exchange ?

Hi everyone,
So a few days back I received our annual pass exchange vouchers in the mail. Today when I am trying to scan them with my phone to link them to the people that they belong to, I am getting a message that says these cards are already linked to another account. Anyone ever have this happen ? I know I can link the exchange vouchers as I did this last year. Thanks in advance for any help !

Are you sure they are not already linked? I bought my AP voucher online and it automatically linked.

I don't think so... when I go to fastpass+ it says you must have tickets to make reservations. But I'll go give that a second look

I had this happen in 2013. I think they created a second MDE account for me and linked it to that instead of linking it to the account I already had. I'm afraid you might have to call IT and have them link yours to the correct accounts or cancel the original voucher numbers and issue new ones and link those correctly.
