ANNUAL PASS UPGRADE ON A BLOCK OUT DAY

I want to purchase my annual pass on a block out day. Would this be a problem for me getting into the park, or will they allow me in that day, OR will I have to pay the $30 block out fee regardless if I want to get in? Also, I read that they may be 'tweaking the APs and prices this year again, so if I pay in advance for APs, can I activate later in the year like on my trip like on the block out day?

Yes, you can start your AP on a "block out" day. Next, there no longer are "block out passes". And yes you can buy now and activate later in the year.

They got rid of that years ago. Now, you pay full admission if you go on a blockout day.
You can buy a voucher and make your first use on the blockout day. At least, it was like that last time we did that. It could change with their new plans of changing the APs. Try to get that in writing on an email so if it does change, they will honor it anyway.

We activated our APs on a blockout date last year.
